General Internship Programme

 

Hey, we are accepting applications for an internship!

The Intern will assist the Director of the company and the Communications Manager in administrative, trade and communication related tasks.

 

Job location: Chernihiv, Ukraine / or remotely anywhere in UKRAINE
Starting date: Ongoing Recruitment
Duration: 3– 6 months (please state your preferred time period in your application)

 

/// CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

 

The Intern will:

  • Have basic understanding of the workings of the Retail and wholesale medical business;
  • Be a recent graduate of Business Administration, Medical Science, Marketing, Communication Science or other related field;
  • Be fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian and able to interact verbally and in writing with professionalism; Ukrainian as a native language is an advantage;
  • Be an independent, problem solver, team player;
  • Be flexible to perform a wide variety of tasks in a small office;

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the organisation of various events;
  • Participation in events related to the Ukrainian medical policy, mdical wholesale business and minutes taking;
  • Press monitoring of important information on the Medical policy in Ukraine as well as monitoring the medical tenders;
  • Posting information on the Orto-med.com.ua website;
  • General assistance in administrative tasks, and logistics;
  • Occasional translation of information items for the Orto-med.com.ua website and other documents from English into Ukrainian and Russian or from Ukrainian into Russian and English;
  • Working on the Orto-med.com.ua membership database , work with distribution platforms and mailing lists.
